Who we are
The Little Table is an in-home childcare program in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This policy covers thelittletable.co and our parent site. Questions? Email us at shairie.espino@thelittletable.co.
What we collect and why
When you fill out a form. Our waitlist, call and walk-through booking, trial-week, lessons, referral and true-cost worksheet forms ask for things like your name, email, phone, your child's first name, age or birth month and year, a due date, when you hope to start, how you heard about us, and any notes you add. We use this to reply to you, schedule a call or visit, and hold your place on the waitlist.
When you enroll. Parents give us information through the parent site so we can care for their child safely. This can include:
- Parent and guardian names and contact details, emergency contacts and the people allowed to pick up.
- Your child's name, birth date, languages, an "about me" profile, pediatrician, immunization notes, allergy and health plans, and illness notices.
- Daily reports, growth updates, observations, attendance, incident reports and messages between you and us.
- Photos of your child, kept private and shared only with your own family.
- Documents you upload, such as forms for a flexible spending account.
- Signed agreements. When you sign, we record the time, your IP address and browser type so the signature can be verified.
- Invoices and payment records. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe; we keep only Stripe's reference numbers, never your card or account numbers.
When you sign in. We keep your email and sign-in details (including if you sign in with Google). Your browser stores a sign-in token so you stay signed in.
Automatically. Our pages don't use a separate analytics tool. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type. The /shop page can use the Meta Pixel, described below.
Children
Our site is for parents and guardians. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children. Information about children comes from their parents, for care purposes.
Meta Pixel
Once it is turned on, our /shop page uses the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. Meta may set cookies and receive information such as the pages you view and the links you click. See Meta's privacy policy. To opt out, change your Facebook ad preferences or block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Amazon Associates
Our /shop page has affiliate links. When you click one, you go to Amazon, and Amazon's privacy notice applies. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Service providers
- Lovable, which hosts our site and stores our data, sign-ins and private files.
- Stripe, which processes bank transfer and card payments.
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Lovable's email service, which sends our emails.
- Meta (on /shop only, once turned on) and Amazon, as described above.
How we share
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, so they can do their jobs for us, or if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information while we need it to answer you, care for your child, or meet legal, tax and record-keeping duties. After that, we delete it.
How we protect it
Family information sits behind a sign-in. Each family can see only its own records. Photos and documents are kept in private storage. Payment details stay with Stripe.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us at shairie.espino@thelittletable.co.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date.
